Pakar judi Terms & Conditions – Malaysia Platform Usage Rules

Welcome to pakar judi – an online betting and casino gaming platform operating under a valid licence. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a binding agreement between you ("User" or "Member") and the management of pakar judi ("We" or "Platform").

• You are fully responsible for all activities that take place under your account.
• Your password must be kept confidential and must not be shared with anyone.
• Any unauthorised access to your account must be reported to our support team immediately.

pakar judi shall not be liable for any losses arising from a user's own disclosure of their password or failure to report unauthorised access in a timely manner.

The minimum deposit amount is RM10 per transaction. No maximum deposit limit is set, however pakar judi reserves the right to request additional verification for deposits exceeding a certain amount for anti-money laundering (AML) compliance purposes.

Any fees charged by payment providers are the sole responsibility of the user. pakar judi does not charge any additional fees for standard deposit transactions.

Account withdrawal pakar judi subject to the following terms:

• Minimum withdrawal: RM30 per transaction.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same account and payment method used for the original deposit (same method).
• Withdrawals to eWallets (TNG, GrabPay, DuitNow) are typically processed within 10–15 minutes.
• Withdrawals to a bank account via FPX may take 15–30 minutes.
• For first-time withdrawals, additional identity verification may be required within 24 hours.

pakar judi reserves the right to suspend or withhold withdrawals while any investigation related to money laundering, fraud, or a breach of these Terms is ongoing. Should fraud be proven, the funds involved will be forfeited and the case reported to the relevant authorities.

All bonuses and promotions offered by pakar judi is subject to the specific terms and conditions stated in each offer. As a general rule:

• Each bonus has wagering requirement that must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• The welcome bonus can only be claimed once per user, per household, per IP address, and per device.
• Bonuses cannot be combined with other offers unless specifically stated.
• The expiry date for each bonus will be stated in the relevant promotion terms. Unused bonuses after the expiry date will be automatically forfeited.
• pakar judi reserves the right to cancel, modify, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice.

• All game outcomes are final. Appeals regarding game results will not be entertained unless there is verifiable evidence of a technical failure.
• In the event of a technical disruption during gameplay, pakar judi reserves the right to void that round and return the wager to the player.
• All casino games use a Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been certified and audited by an independent body.
• For Sports Betting, the odds displayed at the time the bet is placed are the applicable odds, except in the case of a manifest pricing error (palpable error).
• In the event a sports match is cancelled, all bets will be refunded unless the outcome had already been determined prior to the cancellation.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the platform pakar judi and may result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of funds, and/or legal action:

• Bug Exploitation: Exploiting technical vulnerabilities on the platform for unauthorised gain.
• Money Laundering: Using the platform to process or conceal funds derived from unlawful sources.
• Automation: Using bots, automated software, or scripts to interact with the platform.
• Multiple Accounts: Registering for or using more than one account.
• Bonus Abuse: Registering multiple times or using false information to repeatedly claim bonuses.
• Third-Party Involvement: Depositing funds on behalf of another person or receiving payments from third parties for betting purposes.

Closure by User: You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Prior to closure, all eligible balances will be returned subject to identity verification and the absence of any unresolved compliance issues.

Closure by pakar judi: We reserve the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice if:

• There is reasonable suspicion that a user has violated any part of these Terms.
• There is suspicious activity related to money laundering or fraud.
• The user fails to submit the requested verification documents.
• Instructions from a regulatory or legal authority requiring us to do so.

pakar judi provides this platform on an "as is" basis and makes no express or implied warranties regarding the availability, accuracy, or suitability of the platform for any particular purpose.

We are not liable for:

• Any loss or damage arising from the use of, or inability to use, the platform.
• Service disruptions caused by system maintenance, technical issues, or factors beyond our control.
• Losses resulting from betting or gaming decisions made by the user themselves.
• Any losses arising from unauthorised use of a user's account due to the user's own negligence.

In any case, the maximum total liability of pakar judi to any user shall not exceed the net deposit amount made by that user in the 30 days preceding the claim.

Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendments to the Terms constitutes your acceptance of and agreement to the revised terms. If you do not agree with the amendments, you must cease using the platform and close your account.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if unresolved, through the jurisdiction of a competent Malaysian court.
